Shark Park was one of our larger client based projects. The concept was to build an app that would enable its users to find parking. Users could notify they were leaving a space, so it would be avaliable to another user. The real unique value was the idea that a business owner could let users park during business down-time. This would generate some revenue for the owner and increase parking space where there otherwise was not any. We built the minimal viable product and seeked further funding. We even made it through a few rounds of Shark Tank. Ultimately I felt the product needed lots of canvasing to solicit land owners and validate the unique value. Our client did not invest in pursuing this further.
